For account help, content corrections, AI-response reports or privacy requests, email hello@medrune.com. If your email app does not open, copy the address into your email service. Never send passwords, payment-card details or identifiable patient information.

Delete your MedRune account

You can request deletion here without reinstalling the app or signing in to the website.

  1. Email hello@medrune.com with the subject Delete my MedRune account.
  2. Send the request from your account email address if possible. If you have lost access, say so; we will arrange another way to verify ownership.
  3. We verify the request, process deletion and confirm completion or explain any information we must retain.

The request covers your account and associated personal study data, including progress, review records, notes, saved voice transcripts and session records. Tell us if you also want an early-access signup or support correspondence removed. You can request deletion of voice transcripts alone without closing the whole account.

Deletion is permanent once completed. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your data. We may retain limited records needed for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes, and restricted backups may persist until they expire. See our Privacy Policy.

If you have a paid subscription: account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Check the store or provider through which you purchased, or contact us for help. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.

Report content or an AI response

Include the page, question or lesson title and a short description of the problem. If you attach a screenshot, remove names and other personal information. We welcome reports of factual errors, harmful or inappropriate responses, accessibility problems and broken features.

Early-access emails

To leave the update list, email us with the subject Unsubscribe from the address you used to sign up.
